  • School referrals
  • Certification resources (e.g., EPA 608 and 609 exam packages)
  • Online training courses
  • Premium job board and referral support (included with select programs)

We are not an employer, educational institution, or certification authority, and we do not guarantee employment, program acceptance, or certification.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By accessing Tradez, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register and create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information
  • Update your information promptly as needed
  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our Services for unlawful purposes
  • Misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or identity
  • Interfere with or damage our website or Services
  • Attempt unauthorized access to other users' accounts

6. Referral Program

Tradez may connect users with educational institutions or employers via referral programs. We strive for accuracy but are not responsible for the actions, claims, or outcomes of these third parties.

7. Fees and Payment

Certain Services, such as online training courses and certification exam packages, require payment. By selecting a paid Service, you agree to pay the fees displayed at checkout. All payments are non-refundable except as outlined in Sections 8 and 9 below.

8. Online Training Courses and Refund Policy

  • Course Access: Tradez offers online courses to build skills and prepare for certifications. Course content is for personal use only.
  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If unsatisfied with a paid online training course, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

9. Certification Exam Packages (EPA 608 and 609)

  • Package Overview: Includes exam access codes, preparation materials, and premium job board access
  • Exam Delivery: EPA 609 exams are online, EPA 608 requires live proctoring
  • Retakes: Available for additional fees
  • Certification Issuance: Official EPA certification upon passing
  • Refund Policy: Non-refundable after purchase

10. Premium Job Board and Referral Support

365 days of enhanced job board visibility and support included with select packages.

11. WIOA Accelerator Program Benefits

Students who enroll in an Accelerator program via the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and successfully complete the program are eligible for the following benefits:

  • Professional Toolset and Work Boots: Upon verified completion of the program, students will receive a professional toolset and work boots, a total value of approximately $400. This benefit is strictly contingent upon program completion and is not available to students who withdraw or do not complete the program for any reason.
  • Professional Logo Design: The service includes one (1) initial consultation meeting to determine the student's requirements and one (1) set of logo options delivered based on that consultation. Any additional changes, revisions, or alternative logo options must be sourced and managed independently by the student.

12. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by Tradez or its licensors and protected by law.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations without notice.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services provided "as is" without warranties.

15. Limitation of Liability

Tradez is not liable for damages arising from use of Services.

16. Governing Law

Terms governed by Arizona law.

17. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated at any time.
