Logan has spent his career building products at the intersection of media, tech, and people — and asking one question the whole time: why is it so hard for the right person to find the right job? He co-founded Drove to find out. Career guidance, coaching, connecting people to in-demand work. The answer led him here. Tradez is what happens when a builder decides the trades deserve better — better training, better placement, better brand. No more being the best-kept secret in the job market.

Kevin is the reason Tradez looks and feels nothing like a trade school — he brought the same eye that shaped campaigns for national brands to a space that had been chronically under-designed and overlooked. His belief: if the trades are going to compete for the next generation of talent, they have to show up like it. He made sure we do.
Started at Yelp — building pipelines, connecting businesses with the right opportunities across the country. Then spent nearly five years guiding students into the tattoo industry through a fully online academy, helping people in every kind of situation use distance learning to land apprenticeships and launch real careers in a field that doesn't hand out easy entry points. That's the through line. Career transitions are never just a transaction. They're a conversation. He knows how algorithms work, how audiences move, and what makes someone stop scrolling at 2am. Now he's pointed at a space that's been chronically underrepresented online — the skilled trades. His job is to make sure the next generation of electricians, HVAC techs, and automotive pros sees themselves in this industry before they ever think to look somewhere else.
Started as an electrician at 17. Worked his way through the field as a journeyman, climbed to Foreman and Superintendent. Third-generation tradesman. NCCER Certified Electrical Instructor, OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, and an Estrella Community College electrical apprenticeship program under his belt. He's spent his career on job sites, not in classrooms — which is exactly what makes him the right person to be in one. His job at Tradez is to hand students everything it took him years to earn, and get them to the job site ready.
Started at the bottom of a shop floor and worked his way up — apprentice tech to Mercedes-Benz certified, with over a decade diagnosing and repairing some of the most complex vehicles on the road. European imports. Factory diagnostics. Programming. The full stack. He's been turning wrenches in the Valley since 2011 and has the kind of real-world depth no textbook can replicate. His job at Tradez isn't just to teach automotive — it's to compress a decade of hard-won shop experience into a training program that gets students ready for day one on the job.
