No college debt. No wasted years.
Just skills, certs, and a job.
Most training programs stop at the classroom.
We don't.
Tradez is a skilled trades career platform built around one outcome — getting you hired. Distance learning, industry certifications, and dedicated placement support across Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Solar, and Automotive.
Every entry-level tradesperson needs a handful of core skills to get hired and succeed on the job. So we went straight to hiring managers and trade business owners, found out exactly what those skills are, and built the program around them. No fluff. No filler. Just what gets you on the job.
The trades aren't a second chance. They're a first-choice career nobody told you about. Six-figure earning potential. Real job security. Work that actually matters.
We started Tradez because the system was broken. Great workers, no pathway. We fixed that.
Every dollar you spend on training should come back tenfold. We measure success in paychecks, not certificates on a wall.
Online. Affordable. No prerequisites. Skilled trades education has always been gatekept. We opened the gate.
Bound by Craft isn't just our tagline. It's the standard we hold ourselves and our graduates to — every single day on the job.
Flexible, on-demand training you can complete around your current job. Work by day. Train by night. Get certified. Get hired.
Personal career coaches. A real network of instructors, alumni, and employers. You won't be navigating this alone.
We help build your resume. We connect you to employers. We follow through until you're working. That's the whole point.
Tradez students don't just watch videos.
They build real skill before day one on the job.
Six square feet of space is all you need. We give you a structured at-home practice curriculum — conduit bending, wiring fundamentals, hands-on automotive tasks — so you're building muscle memory from day one.
No garage required. No expensive equipment upfront. Just deliberate reps that make you look like you've been at it for years.
Electrical and Automotive students get access to live, in-person bootcamp sessions. Real tools. Real instructors. Real environments that replicate what employers expect on your first week.
Online gets you certified. Bootcamps get you ready.
Available in Electrical & Automotive programs. Ask about bootcamp dates when you apply.
Our team is trades people, educators, and operators who've seen the gap between training and hiring — and built the bridge.
Disney Interactive. GoPro. Six US patents. Logan has spent his career building products at the intersection of media, tech, and people — and asking one question the whole time: why is it so hard for the right person to find the right job? He co-founded Drove to find out. Career guidance, coaching, connecting people to in-demand work. The answer led him here. Tradez is what happens when a builder decides the trades deserve better — better training, better placement, better brand. No more being the best-kept secret in the job market.
ArtCenter-trained. Nearly two decades running creative at Bigfish Creative Group. Three PHX Addy Awards. Three W3 Awards. Family of linemen. Kevin is the reason Tradez looks and feels nothing like a trade school — he brought the same eye that shaped campaigns for national brands to a space that had been chronically under-designed and overlooked. His belief: if the trades are going to compete for the next generation of talent, they have to show up like it. He made sure we do.
Started at Yelp — building pipelines, connecting businesses with the right opportunities across the country. Then spent nearly five years guiding students into the tattoo industry through a fully online academy, helping people in every kind of situation use distance learning to land apprenticeships and launch real careers in a field that doesn't hand out easy entry points. That's the through line. Career transitions are never just a transaction. They're a conversation. His job is to understand where you are, where you want to go, and build the clearest route between the two. If Tradez is the right fit, he'll tell you. If it's not, he'll tell you that too.
Over a billion views generated working with some of the biggest names in real estate, finance, and entrepreneurship content across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. He knows how algorithms work, how audiences move, and what makes someone stop scrolling at 2am. Now he's pointed at a space that's been chronically underrepresented online — the skilled trades. His job is to make sure the next generation of electricians, HVAC techs, and automotive pros sees themselves in this industry before they ever think to look somewhere else.
Started as an electrician at 17. Worked his way through the field as a journeyman, climbed to Foreman and Superintendent. Third-generation tradesman. NCCER Certified Electrical Instructor, OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, and an Estrella Community College electrical apprenticeship program under his belt. He's spent his career on job sites, not in classrooms — which is exactly what makes him the right person to be in one. His job at Tradez is to hand students everything it took him years to earn, and get them to the job site ready.
Started at the bottom of a shop floor and worked his way up — apprentice tech to Mercedes-Benz certified, with over a decade diagnosing and repairing some of the most complex vehicles on the road. European imports. Factory diagnostics. Programming. The full stack. He's been turning wrenches in the Valley since 2011 and has the kind of real-world depth no textbook can replicate. His job at Tradez isn't just to teach automotive — it's to compress a decade of hard-won shop experience into a training program that gets students ready for day one on the job.
