What Happens During Your Bootcamp Day

Three intensive phases designed to build real-world confidence in 5 hours.

Phase 1

Wire Stripping & Conduit Bending (8:00 AM - 9:00 AM)

Build fundamental skills every electrician needs. Practice proper wire stripping techniques for various gauges and perfect your conduit bending with 90-degree bends, offsets, and kicks.

Phase 2

Wiring Boxes & Multimeter Checking (9:00 AM - 12:00 PM)

Install and wire receptacles, switches, and junction boxes to NEC standards. Learn to use multimeters and testers to troubleshoot circuits and verify proper connections safely.

Phase 3

Communication & Time Management (12:00 PM - 1:00 PM)

Learn essential job site soft skills. Practice effective communication with team members and supervisors, time management strategies, and professional workplace habits that set you apart.

Prerequisites Required

OSHA-10 and basic electrical safety training are required to participate in live voltage sections of the bootcamp. Without these certifications, you can participate in non-voltage portions (conduit bending, wire prep, device installation practice). Obtain certifications via our certifications page or through our full program package.

When does the first cohort start?

The first bootcamp day is January 31st, 2026. Once we hit 15 confirmed participants, enrollment closes for January Cohort.

How long is the bootcamp?

The bootcamp is a single intensive half-day session (8:00 AM - 1:00 PM) at our Phoenix facility. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early for check-in.

What if I don't have OSHA-10 yet?

You can still attend the bootcamp! Without OSHA-10 and electrical safety training, you'll participate in non-voltage sections including conduit bending, wire preparation, and device installation practice. To work with live voltage during the bootcamp, add these certifications through our full program package or obtain them separately before bootcamp day.

What does the bootcamp cost?

The bootcamp day is $149 for standalone registration, or it's included free when you enroll in any of our full program packages. We run special promotions from time to timeβ€”check the banner above for current offers.

Is job placement guaranteed?

While we cannot legally guarantee employment, every bootcamp graduate receives direct introductions to our hiring partner network, resume optimization, and ongoing placement support. Our entire goal is to get you hired.
